Update!

So! I have finally got my supplements dropped off and started using them this week, hoping to see some awesome results!

Dfine8- half an hour before training, assists with fat burning, and I find it gives me a lot more energy to push through!
Evolve3 protein powder- for muscle recovery straight after my workouts

Hoping these will have some good results so fingers crossed, am also taking fish oil tablets 3 times a day and TRYING to eat as clean as possible. Not going super bad, but not fantastic either..

Breakfast: 2 pieces rye toast with peanut butter, milk
Lunch: potato and leek soup, 2 pieces bread
Arvo: small bowl of vegetable soup, 1 piece bread
Post workout- protein shake
Dinner: burritoes- rye wrap, cottage cheese, mince, greek yoghurt, spinach, tomato.

Exercise: 30 day shred level 1 x2 (I have been doing level 3 for a while, but wanted to do 2 rounds in a row so went back to level 1)
